- Overview These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of BoomerBiz Assist LLC’s SaaS platform, hosted and operated in Texas, USA.
- Account Registration You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. BoomerBiz Assist is not liable for unauthorized account use.
- Subscription & Fees The SaaS service is billed monthly via GHL Pay. Website setup is free as part of our onboarding process. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws.
- Ownership & Data Rights You retain full ownership of your data. BoomerBiz Assist may collect usage analytics for performance improvements but will not disclose personal data to third parties.
- Service Modifications We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features, but we’ll give reasonable notice when possible.
- Termination You can cancel anytime. Termination does not relieve you of any due payments already incurred.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoomerBiz Assist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
